Compensation


* Roles start at $33.76/hr with the opportunity to advance to $42.20/hour


* Shift Differential is $1.00 for night shift


* This position offers a $4,000 Sign On Bonus

Shifts


* 12-Hour Shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) - Rotating Shifts between the days of the week


* Sample Schedule Monday ON (1) - Tue/Wed/Thurs Off (3) - Fri/Sat/Sun ON (3) - Monday OFF (1) - Tue/Wed/Thurs ON (3) - Fri/Sat/Sun Off (3)

What You Will Do


* Troubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical problems, repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and procedures


* Helping to meet or exceed production, waste, and quality goals through a quality maintenance program


* Installing and repairing mechanical components, welding, and fabrication of materials


* Reading and interpreting mechanical, basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics


* Understand knowledge and safe work practices involving mechanical machinery and lock out tag out processes


* Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.


* Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers specifications, including but not limited to:



* Motors


* Pneumatic components


* Conveyor systems


* Programmable logic controls (PLCs)


* Production machines


* Alignments

Use hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.
