* Process Engineering Intern within our Engineering team

The internship opportunity will be a 12-week program running from late May to mid-August 2027.

What You Will Do


* Take on projects that are representative of the work our full-time engineers do, gaining hands-on experience solving real operational and process challenges.


* Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), piping isometrics, plot plans, and specifications.


* Support process improvement, instrumentation, and operational excellence initiatives through project evaluations, data analysis, and engineering documentation development.


* Assist engineers with project execution, troubleshooting efforts, and continuous improvement opportunities that create value for the business.


* Participate in pressure and catalyst surveys, gaining firsthand exposure to critical process systems and plant operations.


* Own individual projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations and deliver results

Physical Requirements


* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.


* Bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds.


* Ability to climb straight ladders.

Some work may require heights in excess of 100 feet.


* Wearing industrial chemical plant uniforms and PPE as required.


* Confined space entry may be required.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Enrolled in an Engineering degree


* Eligible for full-time employment before or by May 2028


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship


* Willing and able to meet all physical requirements

* Enrolled in a degree related to Chemical, Electrical, Biosystems, Ag Systems, or a related field
