Store Manager - Westland

Store Manager Position Summary The Store Manager provides overall leadership and oversight of retail store operations, driving sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

This role is responsible for managing daily operations, developing staff, maintaining inventory and merchandising standards, ensuring policy compliance, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and store presentation.Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.Drive sales growth and meet established revenue and KPI targets.Manage scheduling, payroll, labor costs, and operating expenses to support profitability.Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, loss prevention, and promotional displays.Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.Partner with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications Associate degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.3-5 years of retail management or supervisory experience.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.Valid Michigan driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and drive as needed.

Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments and may include exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
