Recruiting Assistant

Screen all new applicants; conduct phone screens & reference checks.Conducting weekly check-ins with managers regarding applicants status.Attend job fairs and other recruiting events.Assist with new-hire orientation and create orientation folders.Directs employee questions to the appropriate person.Conduct entrance interviews for new staff.Makes photocopies, faxes documents, and performs other clerical functions.

Filing documents into appropriate files, including inputting information into Excel spreadsheets.Must have proven experience and excellence in office & computer skills, customer service, and phone skills.Act as a backup when the Recruiting Manager is out of the office.Assist with onboarding paperworkOther duties as assignedHR experience is a plus.
