You'll be a hands-on leader who sets the standard for plant health, coaches team members through daily assignments, and keeps management informed on how the team and the crop are doing.

What You'll Do Monitor the overall health and appearance of plants, catching issues early Ensure plants are properly watered and pruned on schedule Keep the work area and all equipment clean, organized, and ready for use Sanitize the grow facility and set up new grow rooms as needed Coach and guide crew members to ensure compliance with company standards Direct team members, assign daily work, and field questions from the team Stay on top of daily and upcoming operations using online spreadsheets and email with other leads, supervisors, and management Partner with management on personnel matters, including performance feedback, disciplinary recommendations, and schedule or position changes Support Research & Development projects as assigned What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience Six or more months of plant or agriculture-related experience preferred Computer experience preferred Comfortable coaching and directing a team through daily assignments Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable following both written and verbal direction Physical Demands Regular sitting or standing for long periods while performing repetitive hand tasks; pulling, pushing, carrying up to 10 lbs, and grasping Frequent walking, reaching, and use of taste or smell Occasional climbing, stooping, crouching, crawling, carrying up to 25 lbs, talking, or hearing Clear vision at 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, and the ...
