Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of Physical Therapists and other rehabilitation professionals across our growing organization.

This role partners closely with clinical leaders and operational teams to develop effective recruiting strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and experienced in healthcare recruitment with a passion for connecting talented clinicians with meaningful career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Physical Therapist positions across multiple markets and service lines.Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, referrals, schools, and professional associations.Build pipelines of qualified PT candidates for current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Partner with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Promote the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition.Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and healthcare recruiting best practices.

Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, or allied health.Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience recruiting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other healthcare professionals.Basic Knowledge of therapist licensure requirements and healthcare credentialing processes.Experience supporting multi-site or nationwide recruitment efforts.
