Behavioral Health Tech PRN

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate per diem Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work one on one closely with individuals with behavioral health challenges in a natural setting home, school and community.

Will provide behaviorally based interventions and support from treatment and behavioral plans.

A BHT I shall provide the following direct services in the patients home, school, or community setting as part of implementing a patients individual treatment plan (ITP): Support of problem solving skill development; instruction on how to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotional responses to situations; assistance to the parent/caregiver to address the therapeutic need of the patient; psychoeducational services related to mental health, including the development of improved decision making skills to manage behavior; assistance with the development of socially acceptable behaviors, instruction on stress reduction, techniques; data collection; behavioral stabilization and interventions to support services.

The BHT 1completes other duties as assigned.
