AM LINE COOK As an AM Line/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Your primary duties include cooking and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring food is prepared in a timely manner, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

THE DUTIES OF AN AM LINE COOK INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: Cook dishes to business standards.

Follow recipes and create a consistent product.

Follow health and safety guidelines.

Prepare ingredients for use during the shift.

Follow directions from Chef.

Set up workstations.

Cooking various dishes using the sauté method, including meats, seafood, sauces, and vegetables.
