Key Responsibilities


* To manage daily inbound and outbound product handling activities (receive, handle, store, record and dispatch goods in a warehouse), ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods.


* To monitor and analyse shift performance including productivity, labour utilisation, and variance (direct & indirect hours).


* To complete general administrative duties, including scanning, to support handling tasks such as document processing and/or system data entry and updating


* To safely operate warehouse equipment as required to complete tasks, ensuring others do the same.


* To liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product flow.


* To work closely with other team members to share knowledge, provide coverage, and deliver seamless service, assisting in problem resolution and/or implementation of process improvements/changes.


* To participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and support implementation of corrective actions.


* To support your manager with implementing process improvements, and executing new initiatives.


* To actively maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, complying with safety and quality protocols.

                                                 

Key Accountabilities:


* To ensure smooth and efficient handling of goods throughout all warehouse processes to meet productivity targets, ensuring compliance with all security processes and activities both regulatory and company based at all times.


* To ensure accurate and timely reporting on handling activities, and compliance metrics.


* To contribute to customer service excellence by meeting deadlines, resolving issues promptly, and communicating clearly.


* To ensure all activities are in line with our standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and safety requirements.


* To work cohesively with colleagues and your manager to support team goals, provide backup during absences, and uphold team performance.


* To use our systems confidently and support process improvements by providing feedback and insights to your manager.
