Job Description:

Leads a Global VMD organization accountable for end-to-end delivery of Vendor Master Data operations across markets.

Manages cross-cluster performance, stakeholder engagement, and process standardization.

Responsible for overseeing VMD Process and organization, ensuring service delivery excellence, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with the market-cluster operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Cross-cluster Operations & Delivery Leadership


* Own end-to-end VMD delivery across markets


* Ensure SLA, KPI, and compliance adherence to VMD controls


* Ensure adherence to tax, statutory, and audit requirements across markets

Stakeholder & Market Engagement


* Act as senior point of contact for internal stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Business Units)


* Drive market-level engagement across clusters for supplier and stakeholder concerns


* Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration (Finance, Sourcing, Treasury, etc.) across regions


* Represent VMD in cluster governance and escalation forums

Process Ownership & Governance


* Own standardized VMD processes across clusters (SOPs, DTPs, controls)


* Drive governance framework including KPI ownership (e.g., cycle time, NPS, Self Serve, Aging etc)


* Ensure quality of VMD processing and payment execution delivered by internal teams


* Oversee audit readiness, compliance reviews, and reporting

Team Leadership & Capability Development


* Lead and develop a multi-layered team including Cluster Leads, Market SMEs, and Specialists


* Manage resource allocation across clusters to ensure optimal service delivery


* Build future-ready talent aligned with cluster-based model


* Drive training, capability uplift, and knowledge sharing across markets
