What are we looking for?

The Project Manager - Construction Material Testing responsible for the overall management and successful execution of large-scale Construction Materials Testing (CMT) projects.

This position will provide leadership and direction to project personnel, oversee daily field operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CMT experience and a proven ability to manage large projects and field teams.

What you'll do:


* Responsibilities:


* Manage large and complex CMT projects from project start-up through completion.


* Coordinate the day-to-day scheduling, assignment, and utilization of 10+ field technicians.


* Provide leadership, direction, and support to technicians, project managers, and other project personnel.


* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.


* Develop and maintain project schedules, staffing plans, and resource requirements.


* Coordinate manpower, equipment, testing requirements, and project priorities to maintain efficient operations.


* Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and compliance with contract requirements.


* Work closely with branch and operations management to address staffing, scheduling, equipment, and operational needs.


* Monitor project budgets, labor costs, revenue, invoicing, and overall profitability.


* Identify potential project issues and implement solutions to minimize delays, additional costs, or disruptions.


* Review testing reports, documentation, and project deliverables for accuracy and completeness.


* Ensure all testing and inspection activities are performed in accordance with applicable ASTM, ACI, project specifications, company procedures, and safety requirements.
