We’re hiring a Consulting Senior Associate, Environmental Health and Safety - Seattle Area based in Washington, with flexibility to work from any of the following locations: Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle, Everett, Edmonds.

What Your Impact Is


* Deliver hands-on support to clients, helping them implement effective EHS programs and strategies.


* Conduct safety risk assessments, inspections, and observations to protect personnel and the environment.


* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.


* Collaborate with global teams to design innovative solutions for hazards, chemical management, industrial hygiene, and more.


* Build strong client relationships and become a trusted extension of their EHS team.

What You'll Bring

Required


* Bachelor’s degree in in environmental science, safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related science OR equivalent work experience (2 years = 1 year education).


* 1+ year of relevant experience in EHS compliance i.e., stormwater, behavior-based safety, etc.


* Ability to travel across the Puget Sound area including occasional overnight stays and/or daily client site visits based on business needs.


* Strong understanding of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.


* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in cross-functional teams.


* Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.  


* This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred


* Experience with industry such as tech, bio-pharma, manufacturing.


* Professional certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.


* Knowledge of Washington-specific EHS regulations and best practices.
