Essential Responsibilities
The Operations Training Manager will:
* Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs covering operational procedures, products, services, systems, compliance requirements, and Bank initiatives.
* Manage onboarding programs for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring employees receive the foundational knowledge, resources, and hands-on experience necessary for success in their roles.
* Identify training needs through stakeholder collaboration, performance assessments, regulatory changes, and operational requirements.
* Monitor training effectiveness through tracking, accountability reviews, employee feedback, and performance evaluations.
