As an Admissions Coordinator- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will answer and route calls for patients and referrers seeking behavioral health services, scheduling appointments and managing referrals for Minnesota clinics.
Maintain accurate patient records, handle EHR communications, address concerns, and support clinic operations through effective communication and administrative coordination.

Schedule patients by processing internal and external referrals and making outbound calls as needed.
Manage DBT-related EHR inboxes and maintain the DBT waitlist in coordination with site leads and directors, ensuring accurate communication of scheduling outcomes.
Verify and update patient demographic information while building positive relationships with referents and team members.
Address patient concerns appropriately, participate in required meetings and trainings, and complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.
6 months in an administrative role at Sagent.
The role demands empathy and sensitivity when navigating complex patient situations, along with excellent verbal communication and critical thinking skills.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to multitask, manage stress, de-escalate situations, and problem solve effectively.
