Clinical Director (Social Worker, LCSW)

$85,000 per year to build a program from the ground up.

Nao Medical is launching a new outpatient substance use disorder program at our Mineola clinic, and we are looking for an LCSW to lead it.

The role is a 50/50 blend of clinical practice and program leadership: set the clinical direction, supervise the team, grow enrollment through community outreach, and carry a psychotherapy caseload, with one day per week supporting our HealthySteps early childhood program in Canarsie.

You will report directly to our CEO, work alongside physicians and NPs under the same roof, and use AI copilots so documentation never crowds out patient care.
