Syngo Service Manager (Digital & Automation)

The syngo Service Manager acts as the on-site operational owner and first-line support lead for advanced visualization (syngo.via) and Digital & Automation imaging applications.

This role ensures system stability, clinical productivity, and effective coordination between clinical users, customer IT, and Siemens support organizations.

Key Responsibilities


* Act as primary point of contact and first-line support for syngo.via users


* Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases with structured diagnostics


* Monitor system health, connectivity, and data flows (DICOM/HL7)


* Perform application-level administration including user access and configuration


* Support radiology and cardiology workflows and provide end-user support


* Coordinate with clinical teams, IT, and Siemens service organizations


* Assist with upgrades, integrations, and training initiatives


* Support project coordination and continuous improvement efforts


* Track KPIs such as uptime, incident response, and user adoption

What This Role Is (and Isn't)


* Ensures systems are operational and users productive


* Acts as coordination and workflow enablement lead


* Does not replace customer IT


* Does not perform deep server or network troubleshooting

Required Qualifications


* 3+ years experience in healthcare IT or medical imaging


* Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, PACS/VNA concepts


* Experience working with clinical users and workflows

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience with syngo.via or Siemens D&A portfolio


* Hybrid clinical and IT background


* Experience in enterprise imaging environments
