Job Overview



* Company: KOR Building Group LLC.


* Salary/Pay Rate: $100,000 - $150,000 per year plus Performance Bonus.


* Location: Main Office (In person - Las Vegas, NV).


* Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.


* Schedule: Monday - Friday (Salaried).


* Project Scope: Hospitality, Retail, Medical, Schools, and Government (Local & Federal).


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity

You will take the helm of high-profile commercial projects, driving them from pre-construction through to final close-out.

How You Will Make an Impact



* Orchestrate the full project lifecycle by driving resource allocation, pre-construction setup, and project buyouts to maximize profitability.


* Mastermind comprehensive construction schedules and productivity management systems to ensure every deadline is met with precision.


* Supervise the creation and execution of detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and maintain rigorous job cost analysis throughout the build.


* Coordinate seamless communication between clients, field superintendents, and office staff to keep all stakeholders aligned on project progress.


* Manage the submittal process and material handling while overseeing subcontractor performance and contractual compliance.


* Evaluate and execute change orders and logs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and project budgets remain balanced.


* Direct project teams toward measurable KPIs, ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are never compromised.

Required Qualifications & Experience



* Minimum of 7 years of commercial construction project management experience.


* Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.


* Proven track record of managing projects in the $1M - $10M+ range within the commercial, government, and hospitality or retail sectors.


* Expert-level knowledge of blueprints, architectural plans, and project estimates.


* Advanced proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling software (P6 or similar).


* High intensity of purpose with a motivation to lead, win, and over-communicate with clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



* Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.


* Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized PM certifications.


* OSHA 30 Certification.


* Experience with Foundation Software Accounting or Building Connected.
