Key Responsibilities



* Installation & Technical Tasks


* Perform independent installation of access control systems, security cameras, and alarm systems.


* Complete cabling, conduit work, wire termination, and hardware mounting with precision.


* Execute basic system programming and assist senior technicians on complex programming.


* Troubleshooting & Support


* Diagnose and resolve standard technical and connectivity issues in the field.


* Provide on-site customer support and document all service resolutions.


* Escalate advanced technical issues appropriately to senior staff.


* Operational Efficiency


* Maintain clean, organized work environments and adhere to safety standards.


* Follow company SOPs and document all completed work in project management tools.


* Ensure proper care and use of tools, vehicles, and equipment.


* Team Support & Mentorship


* Mentor and guide junior technicians (Tech I) in installation techniques and safety practices.


* Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to ensure successful project execution.


* Offer insights into job-site challenges and process improvement opportunities.
