You will play a critical role in the technical execution of commercial and industrial electrical systems within a tight-knit, family-owned environment.

How You Will Make an Impact



* Execute precise electrical installations for commercial and industrial facilities according to blueprint specifications.


* Install conduit systems, wiring, and power distribution components with a high level of technical accuracy.


* Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.


* Communicate effectively with the Foreman and team members to streamline daily field operations.


* Troubleshoot electrical control systems and equipment to ensure all installations function at peak performance.


* Document material needs and progress updates to support the successful completion of project milestones.

Required Qualifications & Experience



* Significant field experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.


* Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining detailed installation standards.


* Proven track record of punctuality and consistent work ethic in a field setting.


* Ability to follow complex technical instructions and safety protocols without constant supervision.


* Work requires good physical shape, ability to lift 50lbs

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



* 5+ years of related work experience in the electrical trade.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Advanced familiarity with industrial and commercial power distribution.
