How You Will Make an Impact:


* Execute physical concrete setup tasks including forming, grading, and preparing smooth flatwork layouts.


* Collaborate seamlessly with your crew to ensure accurate placement, finishing, and curing of concrete surfaces.


* Maintain rigorous standards of detail to produce high-quality residential and commercial structural elements.


* Complete daily on-the-job training modules to master advanced masonry techniques and machinery handling.


* Protect team safety by wearing designated protective equipment and adhering strictly to site protocols.


* Support efficient job site mobilization by packing, organizing, and transporting essential tools daily.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 2 years of verifiable concrete flatwork finishing experience.


* Strong personal work ethic paired with a commitment to maintaining precise attention to detail.


* Excellent team player capabilities with a record of reliable, consistent attendance on active crews.


* Absolute flexibility to travel to various local job sites up to 40% of working hours.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Demonstrated capability to comfortably operate a skid steer.


* Proven ability to accurately read and interpret concrete project plans.


* Valid Georgia driver's license paired with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
