Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent to join our team as the Director, Global Communications & Public Affairs - Electrophysiology.

This is a hybrid role sitting out of our Irvine, CA office.

Position Summary
The Director, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Electrophysiology (EP), develops and implements strategic communications programs that advance business priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and enhance stakeholder engagement across the global Electrophysiology business.

Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross- functional teams, this role drives integrated communications strategies that build understanding of the business, support transformation and growth, and elevate the visibility and impact of Electrophysiology within Johnson & Johnson.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Electrophysiology Communications & Public Affairs, the position leads a small team and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Communications Excellence
• Drive leadership visibility and stakeholder engagement through integrated
communications that reinforce business strategy, innovation, culture, and
organizational priorities.
• Support the Electrophysiology Company Group Chair by translating business
priorities into clear, compelling narratives and activations.
• Collaborate with regional, enterprise, and functional Communications & Public
Affairs colleagues to ensure alignment of messaging, priorities, and
communications strategies.
• Measure communication effectiveness and continuously evolve content,
channels, and approaches to increase engagement, understanding, and
business impact.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Communications
• Lead the global employee communications and engagement strategy for the
Electrophysiology business, helping employees understand and connect to
business priorities, performance, and culture.
