Under the direction of the Site Senior Technical Operations Manager, manages all aspects of an assigned Product and Process Engineering group.

Responsible for providing day to day tactical guidance to the group in problem identification, root cause analysis and problem resolution.

Interfaces directly with other San Lorenzo and Corporate functional groups to ensure that goals and objectives are met within GMP/ISO compliance.

Coordinate continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Provides strategic direction regarding validation and process control procedures.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Site Senior Technical Operations Manager and in accordance with all
applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson,
procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Supervise the technical support associates in Product & Process Engineering and acts as mentor to associates and other Engineers.


* Drive and coordinate continuous improvement and efficiency improvement activities aligned with process and product capability and performance


* Plan, schedule, conduct and handle various process engineering projects in the areas of New


* Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management and Supplier material changes.


* Ensuring all projects adhere to acceptable engineering practices and compliance regulations, are appropriately staffed, and are run within budget.


* Prepare, discuss, document, set goals and measure mentioned activities in agreement with the
