Position Summary:

The Director will oversee a specific segment of spend for J&J Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain focusing on selected suppliers within the External Manufacturing environment for Biotherapeutics and/or Synthetics platforms.

This role will require effective collaboration with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and various functional teams.

We are seeking a knowledgeable leader who will help execute the J&J IM External Manufacturing strategy while supporting the overall goals for financial performance, quality, compliance, and service.

This position will lead a team of Sourcing professionals dedicated to developing and maintaining key supplier relationships.

The Director will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts to manage the selected suppliers, refresh and execute category strategy and ensure alignment with J&J IM's objectives.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the J&J IM External Manufacturing (EM) Operations Organization to manage external manufacturing supplier relationships, driving ownership of commercial interactions within this focused network.
