Job Description:

The Global Services (GS) Fleet Regional Operations Associate will be responsible for partnering with the leadership team to coordinate day-to-day fleet operations, which includes vehicle acquisition, maintenance, fuel management, driver issue resolution, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder management.

The GS Fleet Regional Operations Associate will act as a liaison between Leasing Companies (LCs), Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and internal Johnson & Johnson functions.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills attention to detail, knowledge of local markets' fleet nuances, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for Emerging Markets across EMEA, while also having opportunities to support initiatives and operational activities in other areas of the EMEA region.

As their fleet expertise and regional knowledge continue to grow, they will be expected to broaden their scope and contribute to fleet operations across additional markets, fostering cross-regional collaboration and supporting the overall success of the EMEA Fleet Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate daily fleet operational activities (e.g., vehicle delivery & return, maintenance, repairs, etc.) to ensure operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for fleet-eligible employees by assisting with resolving their fleet-related escalations


* Serve as a support contact and liaison between LCs, FMCs, OEMs, other fleet vendors/suppliers, and internal Johnson & Johnson functions to facilitate fleet operational processes, maintain optimal working relationships, and resolve issues/conflicts that may arise between J&J and its suppliers
