How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute precise residential concrete estimating, material takeoffs, and labor hour calculations from day one.


* Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers.


* Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications.


* Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness.


* Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders.


* Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria.

Requirements:


* Some estimating experience is required, preferably in residential concrete, foundations, or flatwork.


* Operations oversight experience is highly desirable.


* They are looking for someone who can help oversee operations while also handling estimating responsibilities.

* Residential concrete estimating experience


* Construction operations/project coordination experience


* Crew management, scheduling, or production oversight


* Strong organizational and communication skills


* Interest and ability to be trained into commercial estimating
