Job Description:

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our Arthur manufacturing operations.

This role partners closely with leaders and associates to deliver exceptional HR support while helping drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Responsibilities



* Serve as the primary HR contact for associates and leaders within the Arthur plant.


* Partner with operations leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.


* Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.


* Administer HR policies, programs, and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.


* Assist with associate development, training, and engagement activities.


* Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and reporting requirements.


* Support benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.


* Participate in investigations, corrective actions, and associate relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


* Partner with the HR Manager to execute strategic HR initiatives that support plant objectives.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.


* 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operations environment.


* Knowledge of employee relations, staffing, performance management, and employment law.


* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.


* Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience supporting hourly manufacturing populations.


* Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.


* PHR or SHRM-CP certification.


* Experience supporting continuous improvement and employee engagement initiatives.

Compensation Range:
$51,000.00-80,080.00
