What We're Looking For
✅ Adjuster experience preferred, but not required
️ Open to candidates with restoration, roofing, customer service, or retail experience
️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and travel for inspections


* Secondary (High School) Diploma.


* College degree preferred.


* Good attention to detail.


* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.


* Ability to work independently


* Strong computer skills (MS Office/Outlook/Excel, Etc)


* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to handle challenging situations and people.


* Minimum 6 months relevant work experience.


* Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.


* This is a remote/work from home position.

Employee must be able to provide:
+ an adequate workspace, free of noise
+ high speed internet service
+ reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license


* Overnight travel required

* Ability to frequently talk or hear on a telephone and receive detailed information through oral communication is required.


* Exertion up to 20 pounds of force is occasionally required and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects


* Visual activity requirements are those of Clerical Administrative.

This is a minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with preparing and analyzing data and figures, accounting, computer terminal, extensive reading, operation of machines, and using measurement devices.
