* Salary/Pay Rate: $32 to $36+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.


* Location: Onsite (Primary Work Location) - Red Hill, PA.


* Job/Employment Type: Full Time.


* Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends.


* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid PA Driver's License.

The Opportunity: You will act as a premier technical lead, spearheading complex residential wiring diagnostics and service upgrades.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Diagnose intricate residential wiring issues to provide efficient and permanent electrical solutions.


* Execute full electrical service replacements and the separation of pre-existing circuits with precision.


* Manage company equipment and resources responsibly while working with minimal daily oversight.


* Communicate technical requirements and project updates clearly to homeowners to ensure elite service.


* Mentor junior team members through the company's dedicated apprenticeship and training programs.


* Uphold safety standards and quality control on every job site to maintain company reputation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* 3+ years of professional experience in residential electrical service and diagnostics.


* Proven expertise in residential service replacements and circuit troubleshooting.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Possession of a valid PA Driver's License.


* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage professional customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or equivalent technical trade schooling.


* Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex residential electrical blueprints and schematics.


* Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within field operations.
