In this role, you'll be a key part of our centralized leasing team, helping prospective residents find the right home while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first inquiry through application.

What You'll Do As a Leasing Coordinator, you'll serve as an important first point of contact for prospective residents by: Supporting Prospective Residents Responding to inquiries by phone, email, text, and other approved communication channelsProviding accurate information about apartment communities, pricing, availability, amenities, and application requirementsDelivering a professional, friendly, and responsive customer experience Assisting with Leasing and Applications Helping prospects navigate the online application processScheduling property tours and coordinating appointment details with onsite teamsFollowing up with prospective residents to answer questions and encourage application completionConnecting prospects with alternative Velair communities that best fit their needs when appropriate Contributing to Occupancy Goals Supporting leasing and occupancy efforts across Velair's portfolioMaintaining organized lead follow-up and helping move prospects through the leasing processSharing prospect feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience Working with Technology and Team Members Utilizing leasing, CRM, property management, and AI-assisted technology platformsParticipating in training and ongoing professional developmentCollaborating with team members to support leasing initiatives and operational goals
