Spanish Bilingual Behavior Technician- Home Based

Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services in clients' homes.

This is a part-time, after-school position for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working one-on-one with children and families.

The Behavior Technician will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help children develop meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

What You'll Do Provide direct ABA services in clients' homes.

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.

Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies.

Collect accurate data during each session.

Communicate client progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.

Communicate effectively with Spanish- and English-speaking clients and families.

Build a positive and professional relationship with the child and family.

Follow BCBA direction and incorporate clinical feedback.

Maintain appropriate professional boundaries while working in the client's home.

Maintain client confidentiality and follow company and safety policies.

Schedule Part-time After-school hours Afternoon/evening availability required Consistent availability preferred Sessions scheduled based on client and family needs Compensation & Training $22-$27/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
