Data Support Specialist

We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Data Support Specialist to join our team! Come help us distribute fun across the United States! Hours of business: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Location: On site Salary: $42,000 - $46,000 (paid at an hourly rate) Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company paid life insurance The Data Support Specialist is responsible for optimizing key business functions related to customer retention, inventory, and e-commerce platforms.

This role uses data to drive business decisions, to ensure product availability and maintain the accuracy of online and in-house systems.

Key responsibilities include creating allocation models, investigating discrepancies, maintaining allocation databases, generating detailed reports on allocation performance and collaborating with finance and operational teams to align resource distribution with budget and strategic goals.

Essential Functions for Data Support Specialist Including but not limited to: Organize sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to improve customer retention based on data analysis from preorder and sales reports.

Perform data cleanup audits and manage data integrity to ensure accuracy across all platforms.

Create, generate, and distribute monthly calendar reports, preorder reports (including customers and publishers), new and changed item reports, and top seller lists.

Support inventory accuracy with detailed inventory reports.

Develop, execute, and maintain specialized reports, including publisher adjustment reports, market reports, and product analysis.

Ability to identify opportunities to improve allocation processes, tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; required Excel certification; preferred Requirements: · High-level proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs.

· Ability to manage large datasets and maintain data integrity.

· Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

· Prior experience in an e-commerce, retail, or inventory-focused environment; a plus.

· Familiarity with collectible trading card games, board games, and related markets; a plus.
