Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday | Split Shift | 07:00 – 11:00 & 16:00 – 20:00
 

Support Critical Warehouse Operations and Help Keep Our Network Moving

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join DHL as an Operations Processor.
 

In this hands‑on operational role, you will work within the warehouse section of the Service Centre, ensuring incoming and outgoing shipments are processed safely, accurately and efficiently.

Working directly with secure, customs‑cleared shipments, you will play a key role in helping the operation meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and security.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting Warehouse Operations


* Process incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL operational procedures and compliance standards.


* Scan and distribute shipments accurately using DHL systems and processes.


* Load and move shipments safely and efficiently within the Service Centre.


* Ensure shipments are handled carefully and with a high level of precision.


* Support administrative and operational activities required to ensure the smooth running of the Service Centre.

 

Maintaining High Standards of Quality & Compliance


* Follow all DHL Health & Safety, Security, Quality and Environmental standards.


* Ensure compliance with customs, import/export and security procedures.


* Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working to challenging deadlines.


* Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe at all times.


* Report any safety, security or compliance concerns promptly.

 

Contributing to Operational Performance


* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver service level agreements and operational targets.


* Plan and prepare working practices to maximise efficiency.


* Manage workload effectively and seek support when required.


* Represent DHL in a professional manner and contribute to a positive customer experience.
