As the Spa Treatment Manager, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Treatments Manager to lead our team of skilled therapists and ensure the delivery of exceptional, 5-star treatments in one of Glasgow’s most iconic luxury spas.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for training and developing your team, conducting treatment audits, managing treatment stock, and collaborating on treatment menu innovations.

You’ll play a key part in creating a culture of excellence, well-being, and continuous improvement—ensuring that every guest leaves feeling restored, valued, and cared for.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead, support, and develop the spa therapist team


* Ensure treatments meet 5-star luxury standards through coaching and audits


* Deliver and coordinate in-house and external training


* Manage treatment product stock and supplier relationships


* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and treatment availability

What You’ll Bring


* 2+ years in a senior therapist or treatment management role in a luxury spa


* Recognised qualifications in beauty or complementary therapies (HND or equivalent)


* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills


* Passion for wellness, guest satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery
