We're looking for an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Manager who is as passionate about developing great teams as they are about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do Operations & Service Excellence Oversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standardsMaintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere that reflects The Heirloom Room's brand and reputationAddress guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolutionUphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards Team Leadership Lead, coach, train, and motivate front of house associates to perform at their bestManage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift executionFoster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture where people are proud to work Financial Performance Support revenue goals and actively manage operating expensesPartner with the AATMOS F&B team on strategies to drive covers, check averages, and ancillary revenue
