LPN / RN - School Individual Care Nurse:

School Nurse (RN / LPN) – 1:1 Pediatric Care (No Nights or Weekends!)

* LPN Pay: $33.00 per hour


* Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (35 hours/week)

📋 What You Will Do
As a Dedicated School Nurse, you will accompany your student throughout his school day to ensure his safety, comfort, and academic success.

Duties include:


* G-Tube Feedings: Administer scheduled nutritional support.


* Medication Administration: Give daily medications and nebulizer treatments.


* Seizure Monitoring: Maintain a watchful eye and provide proactive care.


* Daily Support: Assist with toileting and overall physical comfort.


* Digital Charting: Seamlessly document care on a provided tablet.

Requirements


* License: Active LPN or RN license.


* Experience: 1 year of LPN or RN experience within the last 3 years (RNs can also qualify with 1 year of past LPN experience within the last 3 years).


* Certification: Current, hands-on CPR Certification (In-person or hybrid courses only; 100% online courses cannot be accepted).


* Hiring Process: Willingness to complete standard online relias assessments.
