* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Quality role within a complex manufacturing environment.
Aerospace and applicable regulatory authority knowledge/experience desired.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Technology, Quality, or other technical fields.
* Experience utilizing problem-solving methods, i.e., 8D, root cause analysis, etc., and the associated statistical tools used to analyze problems.
Six Sigma and Lean experience, preferred.
* Knowledge and understanding of Quality Management Systems such as AS131000, AS9100, ISO-9001, or any other industry-specific standard or regulation, certification and implementation knowledge a plus.
* Knowledge of GD&T and its principles, proficient in blue-print reading.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Project management skills
* Ability to analyze data to use in sound decision making.
* Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
* Program Quality experience with Prime Engine Suppliers and associated Portals is preferred.
* Knowledge of effective new product development and launch system.
Strong knowledge of the associated tools used in APQP and PPAP processes such as PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Key Characteristics, Measurement System Analysis, Process Capability, Process Flow, Preventive Maintenance, etc.
* Lead auditor qualification.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
