Marketing Manager, Robotics - Innovation Lead located in Warsaw, IN , Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Leeds, UK .

This position will require approximately 30 -40% travel.

The Robotics Innovation Lead will serve as a senior strategic leader and subject matter expert in Knee Arthroplasty, Robotics and Digital Surgery, responsible for shaping the long-term innovation strategy, technology roadmap, and multigenerational product portfolio for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution and adjacent robotic platforms.

Through market intelligence gathering, adjacent technology analysis, surgeon voice of customer initiatives, and deep collaboration with the Advanced Technologies teams, this leader will identify unmet clinical and customer needs, define future platform requirements, and translate emerging technologies and market trends into actionable innovation strategies.
