We are searching for the best talent for an Associate Director, Payments based in Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, New Brunswick, NJ, Malvern, PA, Horsham, PA, or Spring House, PA.

Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Purpose:

This position is responsible for the end-to-end clinical site payment process within North and South America.

This global leader will work closely with the Pricing and Site Contracting teams within Contract & Centralized Services (CCS) organization and the Local Trial Managers (LTM's) and Site Managers (SM's) within the broader Global Clinical Operations (GCO) teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of payments to site for clinical trial related activities.

The preferred candidate will be an innovative leader with a desire to improve the use of technology combined with process excellence to enable a more fluid and efficient overall process.

This position will lead the effort and collaborate to own and build our payment strategy for clinical investigators.

Your will be responsible for:
