Summary

The Injection Molding Technician 3 is a senior-level technical role responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving injection molding equipment and processes in a regulated manufacturing environment.

This position supports equipment reliability, process consistency, technician training, documentation accuracy, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across R&D Pilot Injection Molding operations.

Key Responsibilities


* Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain injection molding machines and support equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and consistent production performance.


* Perform equipment adjustments, repairs, process troubleshooting, and emergency response activities to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.


* Support process optimization, equipment reliability improvements, test protocols, production start-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.


* Train, certify, and coach technicians on injection molding equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and standard procedures.
