As a Telecom Expense Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management, inventory governance, and lifecycle administration of telecommunications services across the organization.

You will partner with telecommunications carriers, finance, procurement, network services, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate telecom records, optimize costs, and maximize the value of telecommunications investments.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Support the financial management and administration of telecommunications services across the organization


* Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements and pricing structures


* Manage telecom inventory records and maintain accurate asset, circuit, and service documentation


* Investigate, reconcile, and resolve carrier billing discrepancies in a timely manner


* Serve as a liaison between telecommunications carriers, finance, procurement, network services, and business stakeholders


* Maintain accurate telecom expense and inventory records to support financial reporting and operational decision-making


* Identify opportunities for cost optimization and increased visibility into telecommunications spending


* Support audits, service transitions, sourcing initiatives, and vendor reviews related to telecommunications operations


* Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones to support business and operational requirements


* Assist in ensuring vendor compliance with contractual agreements and service-level expectations


* Analyze telecom spending trends and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

What you need to succeed:

At a minimum, you'll need:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent related work experience


* 1+ years of experience managing telecommunications expenses, billing, inventory, or vendor relationships
