ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Cocktail Preparation: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet high standards.

Customer Service: Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests, including taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing inquiries.

Mixology: Demonstrate expert knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and the ability to create signature drinks in accordance with the country club's style and standards.

Beverage Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the beverage menu, including wine, spirits, and beers, and assist patrons in making informed choices.

Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, restocking inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Customization: Accommodate special requests and dietary preferences, adjusting cocktails and drinks as needed.

Responsibility: Ensure the responsible service of alcohol, adhere to age restrictions, and handle any issues related to intoxicated or disruptive patrons discreetly.

Bar Inventory: Assist with the monitoring of inventory levels, restocking, and placing orders for bar supplies, ensuring adequate stock at all times.

Event Support: Collaborate with the Bar Manager and Director of Events to provide beverage service for club events, banquets, and private parties.
