Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

Responsible for independently managing a portfolio of complex business clients by structuring sophisticated credit solutions and delivering comprehensive banking services.

Serves as a senior advisor and mentor within the business banking team, contributing to credit decisions, participating in loan committees, and helping to develop junior bankers.

Plays an active role in community engagement and represents the bank in strategic business development efforts.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Oversees a portfolio of high-value, complex business clients by delivering customized financial solutions, proactively identifying needs, and serving as a trusted advisor.


* Independently reviews and analyzes financial statements, assess risk, and recommend appropriate credit structures.

Actively contributes to the loan approval process, including presenting at loan committee meetings.


* Provides guidance and mentorship to Business Bankers by sharing expertise, reviewing credit work, and supporting their professional development.


* Drives business growth through targeted prospecting, referral development, and enhanced visibility in the community and business networks.


* Serves as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
