POSITION SUMMARY: Performs programmatic duties to include program orientation, eligibility determination, outreach and referral, and assist ESR/Case Manager with assessment, development of OJT/WEX contracts and follow up services.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 1.

Completes application for services form and determines eligibility for various programs.

2.

Assists with testing, assessment and evaluation of customers, as well as facilitating internal processes as necessary.

3.

Assists with the preparation and submission of training documents (OJT, WEX contracts, etc.) to training sites.

4.

Assists with contacting training site, partner, and other agency personnel to ensure promptness of paperwork.

5.

Reviews accuracy of training documents submitted by training sites.

6.

Assists with the training evaluation process and reimbursement process.

7.

Assists with retention services including monitoring at job sites, post-placement and post-exit follow-up.

8.

Ensure that all necessary POSSE or other required MIS data entry is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent; and associate's degree in a related field or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of directly related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
