The Bradley Retirement Living is looking for an experienced Dining Services Manager to oversee our restaurant and private dining operations while creating memorable experiences for residents and guests.

If you're a passionate leader with a background in hospitality, customer service, and team management, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house dining staff Ensure exceptional resident and guest dining experiences Manage scheduling, training, inventory, and service standards Oversee beverage operations, compliance, and cost control Support special events and community functions Maintain high standards for food safety and customer service What We're Looking For: 2+ years of management experience in dining, hospitality, or restaurant services Food Handler Certification and Liquor Permit (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Why Join The Bradley?
