Centra has an exciting opportunity for a Centra Financial Services Operations & Compliance Manager in Columbus, Indiana.

The Centra Financial Services Operations & Compliance Manager is a player/coach role who is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting scalable growth across Centra Financial Services.

This role proactively monitors evolving compliance requirements, implements process improvement and equips Advisors and Support Staff with the tools, training, and structure needed to operate in a fully compliant and efficient environment.

Through strong cross-functional coordination, technology optimization, and disciplined reporting, the role enhances the overall effectives of CFS operations while supporting a consistent, high-quality Member experience.

* Leads ongoing workflow evaluations to improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across CFS.

Develops, maintains, and continuously refines CFS procedures and operational standards.
