Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

The Financial Analyst, FP&A Intl supports short‑ and long‑term financial planning and analysis for international business operations.

This role partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and insights that help leaders understand performance drivers, evaluate risks and opportunities, and make informed business decisions.

The position offers exposure to global markets, financial modeling, and performance analytics in a dynamic MedTech environment.

Key Responsibilities



* Support short‑ and long‑term financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, and outlooks for international operations.
