We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Global Development Business Operations Communications, to be in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Spring House, PA.

This is a hybrid position that requires you to be on site three days a week.

Purpose:

The Sr.

Manager, GD Business Operations Communications is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of GD business operations communications within the Business Growth, Innovation and Advocacy (BGIA) team.

The Sr.

Manager partners with the Director, Global Development Strategy and Operations, the Sr.

Director, GD Strategy & Operations, and the VP, GD Bus Ops and Partnerships to support strategy execution, leadership enablement, organizational priorities, cross-functional coordination and business planning.

This person is accountable for equipping people managers and employees within GD with the information they need to help execute business priorities across a large global organization.

The Sr.

Manager will draft high-quality, engaging content for various internal channels (Home articles, Viva Engage, newsletters, leadership videos, leadership emails, and other avenues as needed), ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
