Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The Sr.

Director, GCC Data & AI Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling Data & AI delivery capabilities within the Bangalore Global Capability Center (GCC).

This role will lead the execution of enterprise data, analytics, and AI programs that enable data‑driven decision making and support business transformation across DePuy Synthes.

The position offers a high‑impact opportunity to shape a modern data ecosystem, drive innovation through advanced analytics and AI solutions, and lead global delivery teams to create measurable business value.

This is a greenfield, build-first role.

The GCC is not a support function t is the technical engine behind the company's AI-ready data future.
