Job Overview

The AMP Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering high ‑ impact educational strategies that strengthen commercial capabilities across DePuy Synthes.

This role leads the design and execution of education programs that align with commercial priorities, enhance customer engagement, and support field effectiveness.

You will partner across Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Learning teams to ensure education initiatives are data ‑ driven , scalable, and aligned with business strategy.

This is a highly visible role that directly contributes to improving customer outcomes, advancing product adoption, and enabling commercial growth in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities and product portfolios
• Design and implement scalable training programs, educational content, and learning systems for internal teams and healthcare professionals
• Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities
• Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve educational programs
• Drive data-driven insights to optimize targeting, engagement, and learning outcomes in support of commercial excellence
