Role Overview:

The Director of Global Strategic Marketing is responsible for defining product strategy, driving upstream innovation, and leading global marketing for the MONARCH Urology platform.

This leader partners across R&D and commercial teams to translate customer insights into differentiated products and deliver successful global commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:


* Product Management & Portfolio Strategy: Define vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy aligned with global business objectives and long-range financial plan


* Innovation Leadership: Partner with R&D and cross-functional development team to translate unmet clinical needs into scalable, differentiated product solutions
